Anaheim, CA — April 20, 2018 - El Rey Stucco, a Parex USA, Inc. brand, celebrates its 50th anniversary in providing the highest quality exterior building solutions to the Southwest region.

El Rey Stucco company was founded by the Seis family in Albuquerque, New Mexico in 1968 to provide a regional manufacturing source for stucco materials in the Southwest. For the next 50 years the El Rey Stucco Company became one of the largest cement product manufacturers in the Southwest. Over the years they introduced more advanced technologies to their world class product lines including Exterior Insulation and Finish Systems, Acrylic Finishes, and Crack Resistant Stucco Assemblies. El Rey Stucco also came to be used on projects in Saipan on the Marshall Islands, historic preservation projects in the neighborhoods around Wrigley Field in Chicago, and even on buildings used by the US Marine Corps at Guantanamo Bay Cuba.

In 2001, the El Rey Stucco Company was acquired by Parex USA, Inc. Today, the El Rey line of products continues to remain a strong regional staple in the Southwest. Customers continue to benefit from the same local manufacturing, world class sustainable products and unsurpassed technical knowledge and service that the El Rey Stucco Company was founded upon.
